Shipping policy

The following shipping conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to selected countries within the European Union.

Shipping costs include statutory VAT.

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €29.

International Deliveries:
Shipping costs to EU countries depend on the respective shipping zone and apply up to a maximum weight of 10 kg:

EU Zone 1:

Countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic

EU Zone 2:
€16.90
Countries: Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

EU Zone 3:
€16.90
Countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus

EU Zone Scandi:
€19.90
Countries: Sweden, Finland

Delivery Times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered:

  • Domestically (Germany) within 2-3 working days after contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

  • To other EU countries (Zone 1-3, Scandi) within 6-10 working days.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless other arrangements have been made. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
