Determine the degree of hardness (°dH) in drinking water.

The degree of hardness (total hardness) of water is determined by its content of various salts of the alkaline earth metals calcium and magnesium. It is defined by the proportion of calcium ions (Ca2+) and magnesium ions (Mg2+) - the so-called "hardness formers". The higher this proportion of ions, the harder the water.

We have developed the DILIXIN WTS professional test kit for the simple and quick measurement of total hardness in drinking water.
The water tests with DILIXIN WTS are carried out by simply adding a special titration liquid dropwise to produce a color reaction.
